is staying with us for a while. Living for free and helping out a bit.

I had great fun with this little garden project at the nursery in collaboration with Penny and Tim.
It remains to be seen how hardy our choices of plants really were. Especially the boys are testing them to authentic dinosaur levels of destructiveness.

Germany is supposed to be childfriendlier than the UK.
Smaller German communities... well Munderkingen and dozens of neighbouring villages have one piddly playground in the middle of nowhere to share between them.
Instead every individual family garden boasts a full climbing-frame-slide-swing-combo most nurseries over here would envy.
To commemorate the adventure playground heydays of our youth in the seventies we organized a BBQ on one of our then favourites.
We shared the massive now bar one swing and one slide empty space with our friends from Russia and Turkey.
We felt very pleased with ourselves and the company of old friends, that drifted in and out all afternoon. Most pleasant.

Liese mit Charlotte und Frieder, Sabbe und Jo, mit Leoni, Heidi und Onkel Uwe haben uns auf ein Ausfahrt zum Traumland ausgeführt.
The entrance fee got us lots of fairy tales, free rides, goat-feeding, trampolin jumping and more.
Leni was entranced by the moving fairy tale figures. The little sports car track was her favourite - throwing a mini crying fit and stomping her legs everytime she had to get out of the car.
Marlas favourite ride was the little train. She was allowed to sit in the front carriage going round the track and throught the tunnel all by herself.

We had a wonderful afternoon ending in a nice Schwäbian dinner at the 'Gasthaus Adler', Meidelstetten.

Such a lovely playplace - it was when we were little, accompanying our father on his fishing outings and it still is.

Medieval fair - sunshine, but very cold - Marlas first ride ever on a horse, a battlehorse of a female knight! - excellent medieval crafts and foods - bow and arrows, crossbows, felting, swords, shields and all.
We met up with Alexander, Susie and Tamara.

went back home to Oyten/Bremen today. We'll be missing her. Stay in touch!

in Barnes. Catching up with breeding 'Sunbathers' and Matt and Alfred and Liane and her boys. Well done everybody.
And wonderful party, too.

Penny and me went out to a wholesaler in Hatfield/Hertfordshire to pick and purchase plants for a dinosaur model landscape at the Nursery. Penny and Tim are doing the hard landscaping. Exciting.

Seb and Zuska are regulars at the 'Brennan Creche'. It's good fun for Seb and Leni.
During the Easter holidays Marla and Roseby are spending the days together, too.
