phew, done!
We finally got around to finish the ‘garden room’. Jonathan's work was a bit slow and he could take care of the kids. We had a window. And then a building site for a week. The prospect of us sitting in the mess during the half-term break the following week with Jona busy again made us keeping the pace up. We are very pleased with the result. We also found a new old table in a skip.
Oh, and thanks to Tim and Penny for mitering the skirting boards, and Grandad for finishing the shelves 2 years ago...

The Science Museum
We'll never go there at half-term break again. It was a silly thing to do. Yet Leni and Marla did have fun. And thanks to Michael the chaos was managable.
Weekends are apparently quiet! Next time.

Janet, Dean, Reed and Mia are moving to Melbourne. We took the last chance to say good bye to 75% of them. Dean was not breaking a leg on a skiing trip. We hope.
